Breathwork is always a good starting point Meditation challenge 1. Sit or lye down with eyes closed 2. Do th 10, 20, 30 breathwork method described in the video 3. Then observe sensations with no attachment or identification just be aware of the movement in your body for about 3-6 minutes 4. Imagine a glass tube 6 feet in front of you and inside of this glass tube is a plant with 7 flower buds on it 5. At the bottom imagine roots that are interwoven with all of the void 6. Starting from the bottom to the top the flowers will begin blooming 1 by 1 1st is RED 2nd is ORANGE 3rd is YELLOW 4th is GREEN 5th is BLUE 6th is INDIGO 7th is VIOLET Description in video explains the process of imagination and flow of energy from first to seventh flower bud each blooming expressing its color one by one. The biggest confusion on warm up sets are... 1. how many do I do? 2. how many reps per set do i need? 3. how much weight do I use? Warm-up sets only need to be performed on the first workout for the body part that is focused on. example: Its Upper Push Day and i am going to Hit Chest as the main muscle group, then Shoulders as the secondary muscle group, then Triceps as a secondary muscle group. you would only perform the warm up sets for your first Chest exercise i.e. Bench press Bench Press: Set 1= 6 reps using the 45# Bar Set 2= 4 reps using 95# Set 3= 2 reps using 135# Set 4= 1 power rep using 185# (all of the sets performed so far are considered warm-up sets and are not counted towards the total # of sets we track every 10 days) Now we are warmed up for our Bench Press Working Sets Set 5= 6-8 reps using the Maximum amount of weight you can do for 6 reps so just say 225# Set 6= 6-8 reps using 225# once you accomplish this exercise there is no need to do anymore warm-up sets for any of the following chest exercises, shoulder exercises, or Triceps exercises. All Exercises after the Bench press will be working sets and need to be done with Maximum Effort Here is a good workout for a beginner. 1. Joint Activations 2. Targeted Muscle contractions 3.
